Notification Regarding the Issue Ceiling

Our company’s application to the Capital Markets Board for the issuance of debt instruments denominated in Turkish Lira with various maturities, to be sold to qualified investors or through private placement without a public offering within Turkey within one year, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board pursuant to its decision dated April 2, 2026, No. 20/628, with an issuance ceiling of 3,000,000,000 TL.
