The Issuance Certificate regarding the sale of the debt instruments to be issued by our Company within the scope of the issuance ceiling amounting to TL 3,000,000,000,000 to qualified investors without public offering in the country has been approved by the Capital Markets Board with its decision dated 15.12.2022 and numbered 74/1788.
